Repository Policy
GreenTech is committed to open-access publishing, knowledge dissemination, and long-term digital preservation. In accordance with Sherpa Romeo's repository guidelines, the journal fully supports self-archiving and allows authors to deposit all versions of their manuscript—preprint, postprint (accepted version), and the final published version—without restriction in any repository or preprint server.
Self-Archiving Policy
Authors are encouraged to deposit and share their work in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, preprint servers, and other academic archiving platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, accessibility, and impact.
1. Preprint (Author’s Original Manuscript – AOM)

Definition: The version of the manuscript before peer review.

Where to Deposit:
✅ Preprint servers (e.g., AgriXiv, arXiv, OSF Preprints, SSRN)
✅ Institutional repositories
✅ Author’s personal website or academic profile (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu) -
Embargo Policy: No embargo—immediate deposit is allowed.

License Recommendation: Authors are encouraged to assign a Creative Commons license to their preprint.

Statement Requirement: If the preprint is later accepted in GreenTech, authors must include the following notice:
"This is a preprint of an article accepted in GreenTech. The final version is available at [DOI/link]."
2. Postprint (Accepted Manuscript – AM)

Definition: The peer-reviewed and accepted version of the manuscript before final formatting and typesetting by the journal.

Where to Deposit:
✅ Institutional and subject-specific repositories
✅ Personal or academic websites
✅ Research-sharing platforms (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare, ResearchGate) -
Embargo Policy: No embargo—immediate sharing is allowed.

License Requirement: The postprint must be shared under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Statement Requirement: The following statement must be included:
"This is the peer-reviewed, accepted version of an article published in GreenTech. The final published version is available at [DOI/link]."
3. Published Version (Version of Record – VoR)

Definition: The final, formatted, and officially published version in GreenTech.

✅ Institutional repositories
✅ Public repositories and indexing platforms
✅ Author’s website and academic networking sites -
Embargo Policy: No embargo—immediate open access.

License Requirement: The final published version is distributed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper citation.
