Analisis Perencanaan Waktu Proyek Agroindustri Kopi Menggunakan Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM)

Abstract

Manajemen waktu merupakan salah satu aspek paling krusial dalam keberhasilan proyek agroindustri, termasuk dalam pembangunan pabrik pengolahan kopi yang kompleks dan melibatkan banyak aktivitas terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM) dalam merencanakan dan mengendalikan jadwal proyek secara efisien. Pendekatan studi literatur digunakan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah dan data stimulatif proyek, serta menghitung estimasi waktu dan jalur kritis melalui metode PERT/CPM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jalur kritis proyek terdiri dari aktivitas desain pabrik, pembangunan fisik, instalasi mesin, dan uji coba produksi dengan estimasi total durasi 23,17 minggu. Penerapan metode ini memberikan manfaat strategis berupa identifikasi aktivitas prioritas, efisiensi sumber daya, dan mitigasi risiko keterlambatan. Dengan demikian, integrasi metode PERT dan CPM dapat meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan waktu dan efektivitas pengendalian proyek agroindustri secara keseluruhan.
